Ability WA

At Ability WA, I held several roles, starting as a Graphic Design Coordinator, where I was responsible for creating graphic design assets and managing video content. As a Digital Marketing Officer, I oversaw marketing initiatives, including social media management, EDM communications, and the maintenance of the Ability WA brand across digital and print platforms. In my most recent role as Acting Brand & Marketing Manager, I managed website content, produced promotional videos, and coordinated events while ensuring consistent brand messaging and reporting on digital performance metrics.

Annual Review

While at Ability WA, I played a key role in adopting a modern approach to annual reviews by transitioning from a traditional printed book to a web-based format that featured videos showcasing the achievements of each department. I coordinated all video shoots, sourced content, wrote scripts, and worked closely with a videographer to ensure high-quality production. Additionally, I designed and built the website, managing the shoot days and optimizing the site to provide an engaging and user-friendly experience for visitors.

Brand Design

I designed all marketing collateral and branding for Ability WA, including business cards, posters, flyers, and more, ensuring that each piece reflects the company's brand identity and messaging. From concept to execution, I created visually appealing and cohesive materials that effectively communicate Ability WA’s values and services. This includes designing promotional materials for both digital and print platforms, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.

Events & Promotions

I helped facilitate events and masterclasses by providing comprehensive support in promotion, design, and presentation. I assisted with creating promotional materials, designing PowerPoint presentations, and producing video content to enhance the overall event experience. My efforts in ensuring visually engaging and well-organized presentations contributed to the success of these events.
